Air Dry HDPE Drums
-Reconditioned HDPE Drums and carboys are air dried and stacked in accordance to their capacity and types, ready for resale.

Pre-Wash
-Drums are rinsed in our cleaning tanks to further remove any stubborn stains.
Drums Conformity Preparation
-Dented Drums are blow back into its original cylinderical shape.
-Leak Test were performed to check on any possible leakages.
Caustic Solution Hot Wash
-Drums are flushed both internally & externally with degreasing solutions at high temperature for deep clean.
Anti-Rust Solution Rinsing
-Drums are rinsed with a neutral corrosion inhabitor solution to prevent rusting.
After Wash QC Check
-Clean Drums undergo 1st round of quality conformance check.
Removal of Excess Water
-Washed Drums are passed through our water suction station to remove all excessive waters within.
Spray Painting
-Drums are passed into our spray paint booth to undergo recoating of fresh paint work.
Oven Baking
-Newly coated drums baked at 150 Degree Celcius for approximately 20 to 30 minutes to ensure lasting and shiny paintwork.
Final Inspection and Closure of Screw Caps
-Reconditioned Drums are undergo 2nd round inspection conformance check, followed by tightening the screw caps.
